Early Days in computer graphics + animation
In 1995, during my summer months away from college at Montana State University, I interned at a computer animation and visual effects company in Sourthern California called Pyros Pictures. Working at Pyros for three consecutive years was an amazing experience – we were on the cutting edge of PC computer graphics technology using 3D Studio Max. The majority of the competition at the time were industry giants such as Digital Domain, and ILM, who were using much more expensive Silicon Graphics computer systems. It was an exciting time for CGI.
